HOW TO ENTER

Sign up to the Savour mailing list before midnight 13 April 2021 to go into the draw with a chance to win the range of Savour cultured cashew cheeses and plant-based Butter.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Limit one entry per person. The competition commences from 8 April 2021 and closes at midnight 13 April 2021. The winner will be drawn on 14 April 2021 and notified via a Facebook post and comment on the original competition post. The winner must private message the Savour Facebook page with their delivery details within a week of the winner announcement. Entry is open only to New Zealand residents, excluding directors, management, employees and their immediate families of the Promoter. Offer cannot be used in exchange for cash or other products. In the event of a dispute Savour maintain the rights to the final decision.

The Promoter, their agency and/or internet service providers take no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access telecommunications network services, or any other error or malfunction. The Promoter is not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any other consequences of user error.

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss, (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or damage in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the competition app, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, which may include utilising imagery for future use on social media.
