CASHETA POTATO BAKE

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg potatoes washed peeled and boiled till just tender. 

  • 1 can coconut milk or cream

  • Casheta cubes with no marinade

  • 1 Tablespoon corn flour

  • 1/2 cup of plant based milk

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix cornflour and plant based milk

  2. Place the above ingredients into a baking dish

  3. Bake till golden on top and the milk has thickened, approx 30 mins 180
