COTTA & COURGETTE SOUP

Ingredients

• Approx 2 cups chopped courgette 

• 1 veggie stock cube

• 2 tablespoons Savour Butta

• 1 tub of Savour Cotta

• Approx. 200 mls Hot water.

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in blender

2. Blend and serve straight away
