MANGO COTTA NICE-CREAM
Ingredients
400g slightly thawed mango
One tub of Cotta
A few cardamom seeds, or a pinch of cardamom powder
One tablespoon of agave (or another sweetener)
Method
Blend until you have an ice cream consistency
Scoop into an ice cream cone or into a bowl
